ਅਨਿਕ ਭਗਤ ਅਨਿਕ ਜਨ ਤਾਰੇ; ਸਿਮਰਹਿ ਅਨਿਕ ਮੁਨੀ ॥
You have saved so many devotees, so many humble servants; so many silent sages contemplate You.
ਅੰਧੁਲੇ ਟਿਕ. ਨਿਰਧਨ ਧਨੁ ਪਾਇਓ; ਪ੍ਰਭ ਨਾਨਕ ਅਨਿਕ ਗੁਨੀ ॥੨॥੨॥੧੨੭॥
The support of the blind, the wealth of the poor; Nanak has found God, of endless virtues. ||2||2||127||

ਮੋਹਨ. ਨੀਦ, ਨ ਆਵੈ ਹਾਵੈ; ਹਾਰ ਕਜਰ, ਬਸਤ੍ਰ ਅਭਰਨ ਕੀਨੇ ॥
O Enticing Lord, I cannot sleep; I sigh. I am adorned with necklaces, gowns, ornaments and make-up.
ਉਡੀਨੀ ਉਡੀਨੀ ਉਡੀਨੀ ॥
I am sad, sad and depressed.
ਕਬ ਘਰਿ ਆਵੈ ਰੀ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
When will You come home? ||1||Pause||
ਸਰਨਿ ਸੁਹਾਗਨਿ; ਚਰਨ ਸੀਸੁ ਧਰਿ ॥
I seek the Sanctuary of the happy soul-brides; I place my head upon their feet.
ਲਾਲਨੁ ਮੋਹਿ ਮਿਲਾਵਹੁ ॥
Unite me with my Beloved.
ਕਬ ਘਰਿ ਆਵੈ ਰੀ ॥੧॥
When will He come to my home? ||1||
ਸੁਨਹੁ ਸਹੇਰੀ, ਮਿਲਨ ਬਾਤ ਕਹਉ; ਸਗਰੋ. ਅਹੰ ਮਿਟਾਵਹੁ; ਤਉ ਘਰ ਹੀ. ਲਾਲਨੁ ਪਾਵਹੁ ॥

ਤਬ ਰਸ ਮੰਗਲ ਗੁਨ ਗਾਵਹੁ ॥
Then, in delight, you shall sing the songs of joy and praise.
ਆਨਦ ਰੂਪ ਧਿਆਵਹੁ ॥
Meditate on the Lord, the embodiment of bliss.
ਨਾਨਕੁ. ਦੁਆਰੈ ਆਇਓ ॥
O Nanak, I came to the Lord's Door,
ਤਉ ਮੈ; ਲਾਲਨੁ ਪਾਇਓ ਰੀ ॥੨॥
and then, I found my Beloved. ||2||
ਮੋਹਨ ਰੂਪੁ ਦਿਖਾਵੈ ॥
The Enticing Lord has revealed His form to me,
ਅਬ ਮੋਹਿ. ਨੀਦ ਸੁਹਾਵੈ ॥
and now, sleep seems sweet to me.
ਸਭ ਮੇਰੀ ਤਿਖਾ ਬੁਝਾਨੀ ॥
My thirst is totally quenched,
ਅਬ ਮੈ. ਸਹਜਿ ਸਮਾਨੀ ॥
and now, I am absorbed in celestial bliss.
ਮੀਠੀ ਪਿਰਹਿ ਕਹਾਨੀ ॥
How sweet is the story of my Husband Lord.
ਮੋਹਨੁ ਲਾਲਨੁ; ਪਾਇਓ ਰੀ ॥ ਰਹਾਉ ਦੂਜਾ ॥੧॥੧੨੮॥
I have found my Beloved, Enticing Lord. ||Second Pause||1||128||
ਬਿਲਾਵਲੁ ਮਹਲਾ ੫ ॥
Bilaaval, Fifth Mehl:
ਮੋਰੀ ਅਹੰ ਜਾਇ; ਦਰਸਨ ਪਾਵਤ ਹੇ ॥
My ego is gone; I have obtained the Blessed Vision of the Lord's Darshan.
ਰਾਚਹੁ ਨਾਥ ਹੀ; ਸਹਾਈ ਸੰਤਨਾ ॥ ਅਬ ਚਰਨ ਗਹੇ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
I am absorbed in my Lord and Master, the help and support of the Saints. Now, I hold tight to His Feet. ||1||Pause||
ਆਹੇ ਮਨ ਅਵਰੁ. ਨ ਭਾਵੈ, ਚਰਨਾਵੈ ਚਰਨਾਵੈ; ਉਲਝਿਓ ਅਲਿ. ਮਕਰੰਦ ਕਮਲ ਜਿਉ ॥

ਅਨ ਤੇ ਟੂਟੀਐ; ਰਿਖ ਤੇ ਛੂਟੀਐ ॥
I have broken away from the others, and I have been released from the Messenger of Death.

ਨਾਨਕ ਕਹਤ. ਭਗਤ ਰਛਕ ਹਰਿ; ਨਿਕਟਿ ਤਾਹਿ. ਤੁਮ ਮਾਨੋ ॥੨॥੧॥
Says Nanak, the Lord is the Saving Grace and the Protector of His devotees; believe it - He is close to you. ||2||1||
ਬਿਲਾਵਲੁ ਮਹਲਾ ੯ ॥

ਹਰਿ ਕੇ ਨਾਮ ਬਿਨਾ; ਦੁਖੁ ਪਾਵੈ ॥
Without the Name of the Lord, you shall only find pain.
ਭਗਤਿ ਬਿਨਾ. ਸਹਸਾ. ਨਹ ਚੂਕੈ; ਗੁਰੁ ਇਹੁ ਭੇਦੁ ਬਤਾਵੈ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
Without devotional worship, doubt is not dispelled; the Guru has revealed this secret. ||1||Pause||
ਕਹਾ ਭਇਓ ਤੀਰਥ ਬ੍ਰਤ ਕੀਏ; ਰਾਮ ਸਰਨਿ. ਨਹੀ ਆਵੈ ॥
Of what use are sacred shrines of pilgrimage, if one does not enter the Sanctuary of the Lord?
